A short message that establishes the following will get a faster and more useful answer than a general request for a call.
- The document identifier and version, if your question concerns a published standard
- The section number or appendix item you are commenting on
- The jurisdiction or jurisdictions relevant to your question, if any
- Whether the product is live, in development, or under review
